A complete design project involves creating every detail of a room from scratch. This process may begin with the removal of existing elements, followed by designing the entire space anew. From selecting floor materials and determining ceiling heights to choosing the materials and dimensions for interior and exterior doors, window shapes, and defining the purpose of each room, every aspect is meticulously planned to achieve a cohesive and personalized result.

After analyzing the Dubai market, the high costs can be surprising at first, but they are a reality we must accept given the city's unique pricing structure.
If you're aiming to create a cozy, high-quality, modern home, be prepared for costs that may be higher than in your home country. For our clients, we’ve calculated estimated budgets for different apartment types. For instance, a studio can be furnished for around 40,000 AED, and a one-bedroom apartment for approximately 80,000 AED if appliances are already installed. However, the budget for a one-bedroom can go up to 200,000 AED if it involves mid-range furniture, replacing kitchen facades, and additional wall work, particularly when the apartment doesn’t come with developer-installed equipment.
There are two approaches to our services:
1. The first approach involves an in-depth audit of your existing apartment. I analyze factors such as window orientation, entrance layout, furniture placement, and current color schemes. Based on this evaluation, I provide tailored recommendations for rearrangements, additions, and removals. This is offered as a standalone service for 500 AED.
2. The second approach is more comprehensive and starts at the initial stage of apartment selection and design creation. Here, I incorporate thoughtful design strategies from the outset, ensuring the layout and room purposes align perfectly with your lifestyle. For instance, we design spaces that empower the homeowner and foster an ideal environment, such as encouraging a student to focus on their studies. Sometimes, improper layouts lead to imbalanced dynamics in the home, where roles feel reversed. We also use color accents to subtly influence elements like Venus for enhancing femininity or Mars for boosting confidence, determination, and income. This holistic approach enriches your living experience without affecting the overall project cost.
